It was cool by the pool as Sula Vineyards, The Westin Mumbai Garden City and Bosca Cellars hosted a splendid soiree to welcome lovely lady Polina Bosca of the famed Bosca Cellars in Italy.
Guests happily discovered that wine and chocolate blend beautifully as they relished the chocolate and wine pairings. Thoroughly enjoyed were the Dia white and red semi-sparkling wines.
Cecilia Oldne, VP – Marketing, Sula Vineyards was there, holding forth on the wonder of wine and chocolate pairing. Also saying hello to the select guests was Ashish Kumar Rai, GM, The Westin Mumbai Garden City.
The silky white chocolate and Dia white was enjoyed by everyone as was the parmesan and red chilli fusilli pasta paired with Sula Riesling, a fruity, fresh and aromatic wine.
Low in alcohol, the semi-sparking, fruity, healthy and fresh Dia wines were relished by themselves or in exciting cocktails. A spa experience from The Heavenly Spa at The Westin Mumbai Garden City completed the picture.
