Anais high up St. Regis was the happy venue for ABIL Group to announce their new project in partnership with Versace Home, to create the epitome of luxurious living in the country’s financial capital, at Hughes Road.
Accomplished actor Sonam Kapoor was there along with Avinash Bhosale, MD, ABIL Group and Gian Giacomo Ferraris, CEO, Versace to share the sheer splendour of it all. The all-duplex skyscraper, ABIL Mansion, with interiors designed by Versace, will give Mumbai an immersive living experience that will be absolutely unique. The house’s artistic director, Donatella Versace, will add her creative touch to the interior design of the residences creating bespoke interiors which will match traditional craftsmanship with the innovative design of Versace today.
The ten units will be spaciously laid out with four or five bedrooms each, spread around 9,000 square feet. ABIL Mansion will offer a selection of luxurious duplexes combining ultra-modern facilities with pure Versace style. The bearer of Italian excellence throughout the world, Versace Home uses only the finest and most exclusive fabrics, designed in their world famous style to complement the high-flying lives of their clientele.
The 32-storey skyscraper will consist of one apartment every other floor. The first habitable floor begins at 100 feet above the ground. The project will have an unobstructed and highly coveted view of the Queen’s Necklace and the Arabian Sea, and is expected to be completed by 2019.
The project offers luxurious amenities such as a state-of-the-art double height Versace designed lobby, an infinity edge swimming pool, a state-of-the-art gymnasium, steam room, hot tub, rooftop garden, juice bar and massage/spa rooms situated on the 32nd floor, 366 feet above sea level.
