The cheer was well and truly on as Sula Vineyards, India’s largest wine company, celebrated 15 exultant years in the industry by hosting a splashy sundowner at Asilo, high up the St. Regis. Guests sipped and savoured the rich range of wines, plus tasted Monkey Shoulder whisky and even happily gulped down chilled Asahi beer.
Unveiled was Sula Brut Tropicale, the limited-edition festive season bottle. The talk was that this is a Blanc de Noirs, a white méthodec hampenoise sparkler made from premium black grapes including Pinot Noir. The bottle is designed with vibrant, dynamic colours and paisley motifs that amplify its beauty.
Joining Rajeev Samant, founder and CEO of Sula Vineyards in this celebration were the likes of Shriya Saran, Sabina and A D Singh, Kabir Bedi and Parveen Dusanj, Nikhil Agarwal, Rahul Akerkar, Farokh Khambatta, Narendra Kumar, Sabina and Anil Chopra, Riyaaz Amlani, Seema and Jaideep Mehrotra, Nisha and Vikram Raizada, Kim Sharma, Sameer Malhotra, Vicky Ratnani, Aparna Badlani, Kamal Sidhu and Nico Ghogavala, Avanti and Yash Birla, Ruksana and Mustafa Eisa, Mitali and Prahlad Kakkar, Parvez Damania, Anjhula Mya Bais, Zeba Kohli and many more, too many to mention.
Live music added to the action with guests seen sipping wine and nibbling gourmet appetizers. And, of course, clicking those selfies!
